As part of ongoing efforts to expand opportunities for meaningful youth participation, UNICEF— in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and UNFPA—launched the U-Report platform (locally known as SMS Jovem) in 2020. By 2025, the platform engaged more than 100,000 young people across the country. To ensure that SMS Jovem continues to grow as a powerful tool for youth participation and advocacy, UNICEF Angola seeks to hire a Youth Engagement Consultant.
