UNICEF Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and analytically strong Programme Officer (Budget), P2 to support programme financial management for the Rohingya Refugee Response in Cox’s Bazar. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale and complex humanitarian operation, supporting the planning, allocation, and monitoring of a diverse portfolio of grants from multiple donors. Working at the intersection of programme and grant management, you will play a critical role in ensuring resources are used efficiently, compliantly, and strategically to maximize results for children and vulnerable communities. In this role, you will go beyond traditional budgeting by providing high-quality financial analysis, funding gap insights, and decision support to senior management in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. You will contribute to inter-agency financial transparency through reporting to platforms such as the Rohingya Coordination Platform (RCP) and the Financial Tracking Service (FTS), while strengthening grant management systems and capacity across programme teams.
