UNICEF is looking for a seasoned People and Culture professional who can manage transactional HR activities pertaining to recruitment and placement, administration of benefits and entitlements, support the implementation of staff development and career development plan and assist in job classification and performance management.The candidate is also expected to support specialized activities pertaining to the application of HR regulations, rules and procedures in the context of Ethiopia, on a day-to-day basis.
