The consultancy will provide strategic technical and coordination support to the Ministry of Education (MoE) and education partners to deliver a credible, evidence-based Mid-Term Review (MTR) of the GPE Partnership Compact, fully aligned with the Education Sector Performance Review (ESPR). The assignment will support the generation, validation, and documentation of timely, high-quality and actionable evidence to inform adaptive management, strengthen sectordialogue, and guide implementation priorities for the remaining Compact period.
