The purpose of this assignment is to support the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) in the development of a comprehensive communication and public relations plan within the framework of the Technical Support Instrument (TSI) project for the new Child Protection and Family Support legislation. The consultant will contribute to the design of a strategic communication framework that ensures clear, consistent and accessible messaging on the objectives, benefits and implications of the reform. The assignment will support effective stakeholder engagement, public awareness and understanding of the proposed changes, and contribute to building broad support for the reform process.
